CHILDCARE SUPERVISOR

Newbury House is a registered Charity and we are recruiting a
Childcare Supervisor to lead a very busy cr?che. Baile Beag cr?che
is located offsite and comprises of 2 part-time sessions, morning and
afternoon.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO HAVE
* A minimum qualification of QQI level 7 qualification, level 8
preferable
* Experience in cr?che management (essential)
* Ability to lead a team
* Ability to work as part of the larger team of our organisation to
meet the evolving needs of our service users and the organisation?s
vision and goals.
* Ability to self-motivate and to meet targets and deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with parents and staff
keeping the child at the heart of what we do
* Proven ability of planning and delivering programmes, activities
and services to communities which experience poverty and exclusion
* Ensure a safe, secure and healthy environment for children, staff
and visitors to the centre
* Ability to follow guidelines and regulations set out by the
organisation and outside regulators.
* Experience & knowledge of Aistear Framework, Siolta Standards, DES
& TUSLA inspections
* Strong computer, communication, organisational & planning skills
* Own transport, full clean driver?s licence
